Terms

Direct payment for services is required on the day that work is performed.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque made payable to My Organizer in Muskoka or email transfer.

There is a three(3) hour minimum charge for all work performed

If you are scheduled for service and need to cancel, we require that you give us 48 hours notice. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in full charges.

We are committed to keeping our appointments with you and thank you for your commitment to us.
Client availability is necessary for staff to complete all work that require information, input or decisions.

Where services require working one on one with a staff member, we request that you schedule time when you will not be interrupted.

Communication is paramount to a successful project. We have found that the most successful working relationships are those where the client takes an active roll in communicating with the staff member. You can contact us using the telephone, voice mail, fax, e-mail and written notes.

Our staff will always endeavor to provide complete satisfaction.
